Preserving the quality of life for anyone with a disability in both social housing and privately-owned dwellings, is an important part of our business. We do this by adpating bathrooms, kitchens and means of access to make it easier for residents to stay in, and carry on enjoying their homes.
We have a dedicated Special Projects Team which understands the relevant legislation, and undertakes over 50 disabled adaptation projects every year.
Private individuals may be interested to learn that Disabled Facilities Grants are available from local Councils to help towards the cost of these home improvements, so check if you qualify for financial assistance.

ELECTRICAL
Our team of qualified electricians provides a complete domestic electrical service for Social Housing and privately-owned dwellings. Our electricians are registered with NICEIC, the UK’s leading regulatory body for the electrical contracting industry, and all our electricians are fully-qualified in electrical safety to Part P standards.
The electrical work that we carry out includes:
Full house re wiring;
Ring main extensions;
Additional wiring for house extensions;
Emergency electrical work; and
Safety certification and PAT testing.
TILING
Tiling can seem like a daunting task, even to the most advanced DIY enthusiast. We have tilers that will cover kitchens to bathrooms and walls to floors; they will take on any task, no matter how big or small.
